Returns

We hope you will be delighted with any product you purchase from The Bay Tree web site. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return it in the original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will replace or refund. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order.

Delivery & charges

Upon selecting an online purchase from The Bay Tree we will happily arrange delivery within New Zealand or interstate to Australia. Our standard delivery in New Zealand is $10 for all orders, with an additional $5 added for rural delivery. Following receipt of your payment please allow 5 working days for delivery. Orders can be delivered to rural addresses and PO Boxes. For delivery in Australia please contact us and we will source the appropriate method of delivery and notify you of the cost before your order is dispatched. Following receipt of your payment please allow 8 workings days for delivery.
